According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Zhipu Guotai Haitong Artificial Intelligence Industry Venture Capital Partnership was established, with a business scope including venture capital. Equity penetration shown by Qichacha indicates that the company was jointly funded by Zhipu's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Zhipu Future Technology Co., Ltd., and Guotai Haitong's wholly-owned subsidiary Guotai Junan Innovation Investment Co., Ltd.
