The Zhongfu Finance app reported that China Tongfu (01763.HK) has announced that Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) Limited (Ernst & Young Hong Kong) is currently the company's auditor, responsible for auditing and reviewing the financial accounting reports prepared by the company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. As Ernst & Young Hong Kong's term as the company's auditor will expire on the day of the 2025 shareholders' meeting, and considering that the company will prepare financial accounting reports in accordance with Chinese accounting standards, the company will need to change auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2026. Ernst & Young Hong Kong will not be reappointed after the expiry of their term.
