Sainta Biology announced that shareholder Tiantai Wanjian Investment Development Center has completed its reduction plan. From March 16 to May 21, 2026, they reduced 1.89 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction price of 15.58-19.1 yuan/share, cashing out 34.1479 million yuan. The original plan was to reduce no more than 5.6709 million shares, or 3%, from February 25 to May 24, 2026, with 3.7806 million shares still remaining to be reduced. After the reduction, they hold 26.8472 million shares, accounting for 14.20%.
