Excellent Green Energy: Company A's AIDC power supply series products are scheduled to make their first appearance in the Shanghai Solar PV Exhibition in June this year.

Youyou Green Energy recently stated during a research conducted by institutions that, in order to focus on the layout of AIDC power supply business, the company has co-invested with Shenzhen Houqi Investment Partnership Enterprise and Shenzhen Fengming Investment Partnership Enterprise, two major holding platforms, to establish a controlling subsidiary named Shenzhen Aige Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as the independent operational entity for this business. The company holds 70% of the shares, while the holding platforms collectively hold 30%. The equity of the holding platforms will gradually be transferred to the core members of the AIDC business unit and external industry experts. As of March 2026, Aige Digital Energy and the two major holding platforms have completed their business registration. The company's AIDC power supply series products are planned to make their debut at the SNEC 2026 Shanghai Photovoltaic Energy Storage Exhibition in June 2026.
