Foreign investors purchased $56.29 billion of 3-year Treasury notes in the latest bi-weekly report period, a decrease from $68.34 billion last month; purchased $62.30 billion of 10-year Treasury notes, an increase from $57.89 billion last month; purchased $27.67 billion of 30-year bonds, an increase from $23.13 billion last month.
