Allianz Research indicates that Europe needs to collaborate in advancing the application of artificial intelligence in order to avoid reliance on foreign infrastructure service providers. The report suggests mobilizing sovereign wealth funds and development bank funds, and building a unified regulatory system. Although the Mistral AI introduced by France and Sweden, as well as the national algorithmic construction, are of limited scale, they have balancing value. The report warns that without strong measures, Europe will not only lose market share, but also strategic autonomy in terms of economic digital infrastructure.
