China Mobile plans to distribute a year-end dividend of HK$2.52 per share for the year 2025 in 2026.

China Mobile announced that the company plans to hold its 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 21, 2026 to review the profit distribution plan for the year 2025. The board of directors recommends a dividend of HK$2.52 per share for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a dividend payout ratio of 75% for the year 2025. The dividend for A-shares will be paid in RMB, equivalent to RMB 2.2012 per share. If there are changes in the total number of shares issued before the record date, the company intends to maintain the dividend per share and adjust the total profit distribution accordingly. The dividend payout ratio for 2026 is expected to increase steadily.
