San Yuan Co., Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors nominated Xu Haiyin as a candidate for independent director of the ninth Board of Directors. Xu Haiyin stated that she has the qualifications to serve as an independent director, there is no relationship that affects her independence, she meets the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and company rules, has no bad record, holds positions as independent director in no more than 3 domestic listed companies, and has been in office in the company for no more than 6 years continuously. She has passed the qualification review of the Board Nomination Committee, has no conflict of interest with the nominator, and has promised to abide by relevant regulations during her term in office. If she no longer meets the qualifications after taking office, she will resign.
