Lizhong Group: Signs a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Recycling Resources Group.

Lizhong Group announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with China Recycling Resources Group to carry out comprehensive and diversified deep cooperation. The specific cooperation needs further negotiation to be determined. The cooperation includes conducting recycling and utilization of non-ferrous metals, establishing an information platform, researching pretreatment and graded utilization, etc. This agreement does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and will not have a significant impact on the recent production operations and 2026 performance. In addition, senior management of the company had collectively reduced their holdings by 380,700 shares, accounting for 0.06% of the total share capital.
