Hunan Development: Signed a "Agency Cultivation Agreement" for a photovoltaic project with the controlling shareholder.

The announcement from Hunan Development stated that the company approved the proposal to sign the "Agreement for Cultivation on Behalf" with the controlling shareholder Hunan Energy Group on April 3 and April 24, 2026. Recently, the two parties have officially signed the agreement, authorizing them to cultivate six photovoltaic projects on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries, including the 100MW photovoltaic project in Sunite Left Banner, Ximeng.
