Meitu Layout's Visual Agent, Chance AI, completes a million-dollar angel round of funding.

On May 20th, Visual Agent startup Chance AI announced the completion of a million-dollar financing. This round was led by Meitu, with follow-up investments from NYX Ventures, Alibaba's investment institutions, and others. The financing will be used for model capability iteration, growth of the North American student population, and exploration of community and commercialization. Chance AI was founded in 2025, and its core product is the world's first AI product Visual Agent, which uses the camera as the main entrance. Users can directly shoot the content in front of them after opening Chance AI, and the system can understand the visual intent and provide judgments, suggestions, and action plans.
