Luozhou shares will be listed on the ChiNext board after passing the listing committee meeting, becoming one of the largest comprehensive bearing manufacturing companies in China's bearing industry.

According to the Securities Times App, on May 19, Luoyang Bearing Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Luozhuang Stock) passed the listing committee meeting of the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The sponsor of the IPO is CITIC Securities, with plans to raise 1.8 billion yuan.
