China Shenhua: Various operational indicators will experience different degrees of change in April 2026.

China Shenhua announced that in April 2026, the production of commercial coal was 40.6 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 2.9%; coal sales volume was 51.1 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.2%. The turnover volume of self-owned railway transportation was 28.7 billion ton kilometers, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%. The shipping volume at Huanghua Port was 19 million tons, flat year-on-year; the shipping volume at Tianjin Coal Terminal was 4 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%. The shipping freight volume was 23.2 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%. The total power generation was 22.22 billion kilowatt hours, and the total electricity sales volume was 20.84 billion kilowatt hours, representing year-on-year increases of 14.8% and 14.6%, respectively. The sales volume of polyethylene and polypropylene decreased by 6.0% and 4.2% year-on-year, respectively.
