Boai Pharmaceutical announced that its controlling subsidiaries Zhejiang Huapai Biotech, Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotech, along with Hefei Kemiou and Nanjing Kemiou, have officially signed a "Cooperation Agreement on the Intellectual Property of Human Seasonal Broad-spectrum Influenza Vaccine Project." The cooperation includes equity cooperation and technology licensing cooperation, with Zhejiang Huapai Biotech holding 11.11% equity in Nanjing Kemiou. The licensing fee includes a first payment of 12 million yuan, milestone payments of up to 28 million yuan for research and development, and sales royalties. This cooperation will expand the company's business scope and improve sales performance, but there is uncertainty in pharmaceutical product research and development.
