The flood prevention emergency response and natural disaster relief emergency response in Changde, Hunan have been upgraded to level three.

According to the current flood situation, disaster situation, and the forecast for future rainfall, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the "Changde City Flood Control Emergency Plan" and the "Changde City Natural Disaster Relief Emergency Plan," the Emergency and Production Safety Committee of Changde City, Hunan Province has decided to upgrade the flood control emergency response from level four to level three, and simultaneously upgrade the natural disaster relief emergency response from level four to level three, starting from 12:00 on May 18th.
