Beijing issued a blue rainstorm alert: It is expected that from daytime to night on May 17, heavy rain with accumulated rainfall of more than 50 mm is expected in areas including Daxing, Tongzhou, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Dongcheng, Xicheng, Shunyi, Pinggu, Fangshan, Mentougou, most of Huairou, eastern Changping, and southern Miyun. Some areas may receive over 70 mm of rainfall, please be cautious and take precautions.
