According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on May 15, the average price of pork in the national wholesale agricultural product market was 14.8 yuan/kg, a 2.9% decrease compared to 15.24 yuan/kg on the previous Friday. The average price for this week is 14.91 yuan/kg, a 1.8% decrease compared to the average price of 15.18 yuan/kg last week. With limited demand support, the average price of live pigs for this week has declined. According to data from China's pig farming website, the price of live pigs on May 15 was 9.67 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.8% compared to 9.75 yuan/kg last Friday. In terms of the weekly average price, the average price of live pigs for this week is 9.65 yuan/kg, a 1.6% decrease compared to the average price of 9.81 yuan/kg last week.
