Recently, relying on the 2030 new generation of artificial intelligence national scientific and technological major projects, the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, in collaboration with the Suzhou National Laboratory, Tsinghua University, and other cooperating units, has launched collaborative research around "artificial intelligence empowering large-scale single crystal graphite controllable preparation." The complete chain from constructing massive data, developing machine learning potential functions, analyzing atomic scale mechanisms, and experimental preparation verification has been successfully established, achieving the controllable preparation of high-quality single crystal graphite with a size of centimeters and a thickness exceeding 200 micrometers. This provides cutting-edge experience for the development of strategic materials driven by artificial intelligence.
