Yunnan Nengtou: Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Liu Meihu resigned due to work transfer.

On May 14, Yunnan Nengtou announced that the board of directors received a written resignation report from Liu Meihu on the same day. Due to job transfer reasons, Liu Meihu applied to resign from the positions of company's Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. After resigning, Liu will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation report will take effect from the date of receipt by the board of directors.
