Maimai, a high-end talent intelligence service, has released the "Maimai 2026 Spring Recruitment Workplace Insight Report". The report shows that from January to April 2026, the recruitment market has seen a significant rebound, with the number of new positions in the new economy industry increasing by 22.6% year-on-year. The number of AI-related positions has increased by 8.7 times, and positions in intelligent wearable devices have increased by 15 times. The penetration rates of new AI positions in Beijing and Hangzhou reached 30.17% and 28.54% respectively, meaning that approximately 3 out of every 10 new positions are in the field of AI.
