Zh tng cijng APP news, Galaxy Entertainment (00027.HK) announced that Dr. Y Shln and Mr. Wn Zhuq, due to retirement, will resign from their positions as independent non-executive directors of Galaxy Entertainment starting from May 13, 2026. As of the effective date of resignation, Dr. Y Shln will also no longer serve as a member of the Galaxy Entertainment Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
