The company's name changed to Huzhou Data Technology Group Co., Ltd., with Wang Zhen stepping down as the legal representative and being replaced by Pan Zimin. Additionally, the registered capital increased from 200 million RMB to 1 billion RMB, a 400% increase. The company was established in June 2022 and its business scope includes internet data services, holding company services, software development, etc. It is wholly owned by Huzhou City Investment Development Group Co., Ltd.
