Its business scope includes ocean services, sales of ocean engineering equipment, manufacturing of ocean engineering equipment, research and development of ocean engineering equipment, development of key supporting systems for ocean engineering, sales of metal structures, software development, research and development of emerging energy technologies, and industrial engineering design services. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by China General Nuclear Wind Power Co., Ltd.
