SoftBank and the London Stock Exchange Group's bet PrimaryBid has been acquired by SoFi (SOFI.US), the London IPO freeze shattering the unicorn dreams.

According to the 36Kr Finance APP, SoFi Technologies (SOFI.US) will acquire PrimaryBid, a UK financial technology company that stood out during the COVID-19 pandemic with a wave of emergency financing.
