A sales document shows that Google's parent company Alphabet (GOOG.O) plans to issue multiple tranches of yen bonds for the first time. Several tech giants are increasingly raising funds for AI infrastructure spending through bond issuance. The sales document does not disclose the size of the Alphabet bond issuance, but a source familiar with the matter says the total amount is expected to reach billions of yen. The sales document shows that Alphabet's yen-denominated bonds will include maturities of 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 years, but one or more tranches may be cancelled based on demand and market conditions.
