Yulish Keji seeks to raise 872 million Hong Kong dollars through an IPO in Hong Kong.

According to documents submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Yusheng Technology Limited plans to issue approximately 14.5 million shares at a price of HK$60.30 per share. It is estimated that the company will raise HK$872 million. The company is set to start trading on May 20. Citic Securities is the sole sponsor.
