New stock news | Qiaoshi Group submits application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange for GEM listing

According to the Chinese financial news app Zhuotong Finance, on May 11th, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Zhuoshi International Financial Group (referred to as Zhuoshi Group) has submitted its application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM, with Rongfinancing as its exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Zhuoshi Group is positioned as a joint family office, serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and corporate clients, with three main business lines including external asset management services, introduction and referral services, and fund management services. All of the company's businesses are conducted by its main operating subsidiary (i.e. Zhuoshi Capital), maintaining direct client relationships and collaborating with selected financial institutions in the main wealth management market as the single point of contact for clients, supporting clients in managing and distributing wealth based on their investment goals and risk profile.
