Li Ren Technology announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Song Laoliang, intends to transfer 5% of the company's shares to Shanghai Yunli Technology Partnership Enterprise and Dong Xianglin respectively through an agreement transfer method, totaling 10% of the shares. The transfer price is 32.77 yuan per share, with a total transfer amount of 121 million yuan. This transfer does not involve a tender offer and will not lead to a change in control of the company.
