The executive meeting of the Shanghai Municipal Government has deployed to comprehensively promote the improvement and efficiency of property services.

Shanghai Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Gong Zheng presided over the executive meeting of the municipal government today, and called for comprehensive promotion of property services to improve quality and efficiency in accordance with the deployment of the municipal party committee. The meeting agreed in principle to the "Implementation Opinions of Shanghai Municipality on Promoting the Improvement of Quality and Efficiency of the Property Industry." The meeting also agreed in principle to the "Management Measures for the Secondary Market of Industrial Land Use Rights Transfer, Lease, and Mortgage in Shanghai," and pointed out that regulating the development of the industrial land secondary market and establishing a standardized, orderly, open, transparent, efficient and convenient industrial land secondary market system is a strategic measure for Shanghai to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and improve spatial quality. It is necessary to improve transaction rules, establish regulations around core transaction activities such as transfer, lease, and mortgage, accelerate the construction of a unified city-wide transaction service platform, address bottlenecks, and achieve real-time information sharing, coordinated business processing, and joint risk assessment.
