Huarong Group: Hengyi No.3 plans to reduce its company shares by no more than 0.95%

Huayong Group announced that Hengyi No. 3 plans to transfer 3.2 million shares of the company through block trading to Hu Zhiwei within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this announcement. After the transfer is completed, Hengyi No. 3 will no longer hold any shares of the company.
