Five departments issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Joint Acceptance of Construction Projects as 'One Thing'"

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and four other departments have issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Joint Acceptance of Construction Projects as One Task". The opinions propose that by the end of October 2026, achieve the "one-window acceptance", "joint inspection", and "one-network management" of construction project joint acceptance. By the end of June 2027, promote the efficient sharing and real-time feedback of data for construction project joint acceptance across departments and levels, coordinate approval services, and post-event supervision, explore smart supervision and non-invasive supervision.
