The Administrative Reconsideration Law stipulates that the administrative reconsideration authorities should fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with the principles of legality, impartiality, transparency, efficiency, convenience, and serving the people, adhere to correcting any errors, and ensure the correct implementation of laws and regulations. The handling of administrative reconsideration cases is an important embodiment of the above principles. In order to implement the provisions of the Administrative Reconsideration Law, the regulations further improve the system of case handling.
