China MCC (01618.HK): Li Zhongze Appointed as Executive Director

Zhongtong Finance and Economics APP News, China Metallurgical (01618.HK) announced that at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Li Zhongze was appointed as the executive director of the third board of directors of the company, and Mr. Chen Yang was appointed as the executive director of the third board of directors of the company. Their respective terms of office will take effect from May 8, 2026.
