NIO Energy completed over one million battery swaps during the "May Day" holiday in 2026.

NIO Energy released a report on user charging during the 2026 Labor Day holiday. From May 1st to May 5th, NIO Energy provided a total of over 15.43 million kWh of charging and swapping on highways, accounting for 16.3% of the total national highway charging and swapping volume. During the long holiday, NIO's 3,839 swapping stations nationwide provided a total of 1.03 million swapping services, with a total of 170,585 swaps on May 1st alone. On average, one car completed a swap every 0.51 seconds.
