On May 7th, Oriental Bank announced that director Zhang Kui plans to reduce his shareholding in the company by no more than 462,500 shares, or 0.03% of the total shares, through block trading. The company's CFO, Dong Qihan, also plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 75,000 shares, or 0.005% of the total shares, through block trading.
