Qinghai Xunhua construction site crane accident results in 2 deaths and 1 injury. Follow-up work is progressing in an orderly manner.

On the morning of May 3rd, at around 10 o'clock, a construction site in Xunhua Salar Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, had a safety production accident involving a tower crane, resulting in 2 deaths and 1 injured person. The injured person suffered fractures in 3 ribs and spinal bones, and is currently receiving treatment in Xining City with stable condition and clear consciousness. After the accident, Xunhua Salar Autonomous County initiated emergency response, established an accident investigation team, and activated a multi-department joint response mechanism. Currently, emergency management, public security, trade unions, labor arbitration, and other departments have fully intervened, and invited professional technicians to participate in the investigation and analysis. The municipal emergency management department has also dispatched personnel to the scene to guide the post-accident work in an orderly manner.
