Hong Kong stock market anomaly | Most real estate stocks are on the rise, and many regions are introducing new real estate policies. The heat in the real estate markets of Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen is clearly increasing.

iNvESTOR FINANCIAL APP learned that most of the real estate stocks are rising. As of press time, Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) rose by 6.46% to HK$4.12; Country Garden International Group (01908.HK) rose by 6.2% to HK$15.94; China Jinmao (00817.HK) rose by 5.95% to HK$1.78; China Overseas Grand Oceans Group (00081) rose by 5.21% to HK$3.03; and China Resources Land (01109) rose by 4.89% to HK$34.74.
