The Market Supervision Administration recently organized domestic research institutions to carry out key technological research on intelligent evaluation of coal mine explosion-proof equipment, achieving a series of innovative results and promoting technological breakthroughs in the field of evaluation of coal mine explosion-proof equipment in China. The research team conducted research on intelligent evaluation technology for tasks such as internal ignition without explosion propagation, safe fault opening, and temperature rise of coal mine explosion-proof equipment, revealing the safety evolution laws of explosion-proof equipment under extreme temperature environments. They established a model for the virtual-real mapping relationship of safety characteristic parameters of coal mine explosion-proof equipment, developed an intelligent evaluation device for coal mine explosion-proof equipment, invented transient holographic extraction technology for internal ignition without explosion propagation in explosion-proof structures, and revised 10 national/industry standards related to coal mine explosion-proof equipment. This has provided an important technical foundation for the effective testing of the safety of coal mine explosion-proof equipment products from methods to standards. Currently, the research results have been applied in relevant inspection institutions and production enterprises for explosion-proof and performance testing of products such as coal mine explosion-proof frequency converters, coal mine explosion-proof combination switches, coal mine explosion-proof control boxes, and coal mine explosion-proof cable connectors, effectively supporting the technological iteration and quality improvement of domestically produced coal mine explosion-proof equipment.
