SmartBook acquires all the shares of Red Diamond Technology Development Company.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, there has been a business change in Beijing Hongzuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. The original shareholder, An Shi Hongzuan Investment Co., Ltd., has exited and Zhipu has been added as a sole shareholder. According to Qi Cha Cha information, the company was established in 2002 and its business scope includes: researching and developing software and sewage treatment technology; providing technology transfer, technology consulting, and technology services; renting office space; economic and trade information consulting; property management; and motor vehicle public parking services.
