Meta Platforms (META.O) is currently developing a financing plan for a data center located in El Paso, Texas, USA. The total amount of this plan is expected to be around $13 billion. According to sources familiar with the matter, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are leading this process. These sources mentioned that most of the financing is expected to be in the form of debt, with the remaining part in equity financing. They also stated that the current discussions are still in the early stages, and specific terms are still being adjusted.
