Wisdom Financial News App, Shengxing Holdings (01472.HK) issued an announcement on May 4, 2026 that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Shengxing Civil has sent a second Antpo purchase order to Seller A Ambitex Hong Kong Limited, acquiring the second batch of Antpo machinery (1 Antpo rotary drilling rig) for a total price of 2.15 million Hong Kong dollars. On May 4, 2026, Shengxing Civil also sent a second Sumitomo Shoji purchase order to Seller B Nanrong Machinery Limited, acquiring the second batch of Sumitomo Shoji machinery (2 Sumitomo Shoji hydraulic excavators) for a total price of 7.1 million Hong Kong dollars.
