The China Everbright Green Environmental Protection (01257.HK) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, China Everbright Green Environmental Protection Management Shenzhen, intends to act as the initial beneficiary of the underlying assets to be transferred in the second period of the asset support special plan established by Guoyin Ansheng Asset Management on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As a result, the second period asset-backed securities will be issued to qualified institutional investors in China by the asset support special plan managed by Guoyin Ansheng Asset Management.
