Zhidu Corporation announced that there have been reports of lawsuits involving overseas subsidiaries of the company on the internet recently. In November 2025, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against three overseas subsidiaries, which was dismissed by the court in February 2026. The plaintiff refiled the lawsuit against two of the subsidiaries in the same month, and the litigation is still in the judicial process. It is unrelated to the production and operation of the subsidiaries and has not met disclosure standards. Currently, the company's operations are normal, with no significant undisclosed information. In addition, Lu Hongda has resigned as chairman, and the election of a non-independent director is still pending shareholder approval.
