Lanshi announced that its controlling shareholder, Lanzhou Lanshi Group Co., Ltd., released on April 30, 2026, a pledge of 46.5 million unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 7.72% of its shares and 3.56% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Lanshi Group holds 602 million shares, accounting for 46.09% of the total shares, of which 209 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 34.71% of its shares and 16.00% of the company's total share capital.
