China Fortune Financial News APP, Bay Area Development (00737.HK) announced that after going through the open tender and bidding process of the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, the contractor was selected as the winning bidder and signed a digital transformation construction contract with the Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Line Joint Venture (considered as a subsidiary of the company) on April 30, 2026 (after trading hours). According to the digital transformation construction contract, the contractor agreed to undertake the construction project of the digital transformation upgrade of the infrastructure of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Line Highway, with a contract price of RMB 36,067,600.
