According to the Tianyancha App, today, Shanghai Commercial Aerospace Sea Launch Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Harman as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes civil space launch technology services, rocket control system research and development, rocket engine research and manufacturing, rocket launch equipment research and manufacturing, and special equipment design. In terms of shareholder structure, there are five state-owned enterprises, namely Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., China Ocean Engineering Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd., China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Commercial Rocket Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone Economic and Technological Development Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Guosheng Co., Ltd.
