On April 30, the data from the Asset Management Association of China showed that as of March 2026, securities and futures operating institutions had a total of 2,608 private equity management products on record, an increase of 34.43% compared to the previous month and an increase of 78.26% compared to the previous year; with a total establishment scale of 1,220.05 billion yuan, an increase of 55.94% compared to the previous month and an increase of 77.28% compared to the previous year. As of the end of March 2026, the total scale of private equity management products of securities and futures operating institutions reached 12.40 trillion yuan, a decrease of 947.01 billion yuan compared to the previous month, a decrease of 0.76% compared to the previous month.
