On April 30th, Chongqing auctioned off a piece of residential land in Yuzhong District, with a total land area of 10053.47 square meters and a planned construction area of 22117.63 square meters. The plot ratio is 2.2, starting price was 184 million yuan, and the initial floor price was 8300 yuan per square meter. Chongqing Shansheng ultimately won the bid for the land parcel with a total price of 201 million yuan, and the transaction floor price was 9088 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 9.49%.
