According to the Economic Information Daily app, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today (April 30th) that as of March 31st, 2026, the total assets of the foreign exchange fund were 4,342.3 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 48.8 billion Hong Kong dollars from the end of February 2026, with Hong Kong dollar assets increasing by 71.9 billion Hong Kong dollars and foreign currency assets decreasing by 23.1 billion Hong Kong dollars.
