Hong Kong Monetary Authority: The Hong Kong dollar money supply M2 and M3 in March increased by 1.2% year-on-year.
On April 30, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority released statistics showing that in March, the Hong Kong dollar money supply M2 and M3 both increased by 0.6% compared to the same period last year. The seasonally adjusted Hong Kong dollar money supply M1 in March increased by 1.5%, rising by 13.3% compared to the same period last year, partly reflecting investment-related activities. The total money supply M2 and M3 both increased by 0.2% in March, with M2 and M3 rising by 9.3% compared to the same period last year.
